What is ART?

 Jimmy Choo has designed beautiful works of art through his shoes. His shoes are exotic, fun, inspiring, colorful, and intriguing. Beyonce wore these particular shoes, and her music is also art. So how can shoes and a woman’s voice be art? They are both beautiful in their own style. The shoes are a visual art, and when a woman wears these shoes she is communicating her personality, style, and fashion, which are all key factors in a work of art. The artist, Jimmy Choo, put in critical time and money to make these shoes; however, that does not always make an object art. Art is anything that is persuasive and unique to ones own opinion.  So in my opinion, all of Jimmy Choo’s shoes are art! Beyonce’s voice, talent, and performances are considered art for the same reason; art is in the mind of every single person. Not all people have to consider Beyonce and shoes art, but I do, and that’s all that matters.
